We are in need of a IT Process Analyst (Financial and Process Auditor) with Financial Analytics and a mastery level of Excel including pivot tables, graphing, linking and filtering. The incumbent should be able to document and determine a comprehensive analysis from details to executive summary. Participate in meetings; create templates and reports based on requirements. Establish timelines and milestones. Ability to meet the milestones and drive outcomes. Work across teams, cultures and with others of various competency areas. Facilitates reviews, performs analysis and fulfills operational tasks related to internal financial and process audit activities within IT Service Delivery globally.Prepares documentation, work instructions, templates, and reports for audit teams periodically and upon request. Processes changes, maintains documents, and provides instruction based on the needs of operational teams.

The Global Network Services Teams responsibility is to provide data network services to various Cardinal facilities. This includes modifying and supporting routers, switching gear, Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Wireless Networks.
Responsibilities:
• Determine and document cost components of services.
• Partner with leadership at various levels to obtain necessary information
• Based on obtained information, create templates as the basis for costs analytics
• Knowledgeable of SOX requirements and the application of requirements to implementations
• Maintain up to date SOX responsible contacts and ensure knowledge transfer upon role changes
• Ensure operational compliance with security access policy
• Facilitate periodic reviews, remediation of findings, and process improvements
• Analyze data and provide informational reports for compliance metrics
• Perform periodic security review of PeopleSoft and SAP area on behalf of the support teams
• Assist operational teams in fulfilling requests for timely data and information during SOX audits
• Track remediation items to ensure non-compliances are resolved quickly and accurately
• Identify SOX operational requirements and risks for projects and production changes
Skills and Credentials:
• Bachelor's degree is required. Major in finance, cost accounting, or information analytic (Equivalent experience will not be a substitute for a four year degree)
• Thoroughly experienced in MS tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Exposure to multiple, complex: technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
